ALTRA films is a film production company based in Chicago and Santiago de Cali founded by Felipe López Gómez and Herman López Gómez. We are dedicated to developing and producing films that embrace both formal and conceptual approaches to cinema. Our films aim to explore and challenge contemporary issues through personal and auteur-driven narratives. Our films have screened at festivals and venues such as International Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen, Frames of Representation at the ICA in London, Bogota Short Film Festival, and the Film Museum in Munich.
